Hey!
I’m Christopher.
I’m a Creative Coach - I help students and professionals build structure around their creativity to cultivate a creative practice.
I’m a visual artist and designer with 20+ years of experience in the video games industry. I’ve been creating journal comics for about that long as well. I guide people who are just getting into the industry as well as creatives who are experiencing burnout. My approach is 1:1 based - I offer packages as well as hourly sessions.
My Creative Coaching Process
Values-Alignment
You probably already have an idea of what you’re doing and where you would like to be. The stress of feeling that divide whenever you sit down to create is something we all struggle with as creatives. I take a look at where you are in your creative practice, listen to how you speak about your own creative work and ask lots of questions. Through understanding your strengths, what motivates you and what you value we can build a strong foundation of authenticity - where a truly sustainable creative practice begins.
Motivational Structure
I work with you to build a structure for habit formation. In order to build a creative practice that is sustainable and fulfilling, we have to build a structure that works with your life and focuses on work that you enjoy. If you don’t enjoy the work, we find ways to either eliminate that work, or make the work more enjoyable.
Companies I’ve designed stuff for
I have over 20 years of experience as a User Experience and Interface designer in games and tech. I’ve worked on AAA games and Indie games, photo editing apps and Amazon ads, Kindle devices and mobile experiences. I’ve been an art director, interface designer, social game designer and swag maker.

My Creative Practice
I draw comix and make zines - since the early days of web comics in the 2000s to my semi-daily journal comix of today I have cultivated a creative practice that helps me appreciate the small moments of life and connect with others through comix.
My life purpose is to spread the idea that not only can anyone develop a creative practice, but it’s important for us to inspire each other through sharing our experiences. I’ve had people start their own journal comix or start drawing zines and I think that’s just the coolest thing.
